Hire A Migrant Pty Ltd has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to Hire A Migrant is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. Hire A Migrant will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.

Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by Hire A Migrant Pty Ltd.

Provision of Migration Advice
Our main focus is on helping find employment, not providing migration advice. Hire A Migrant Pty Ltd does not employ registered migration agents and accordingly H.A.M. is not legally permitted to provide policy interpretation and migration advice to intending migrants or sponsors.

This web site does not contain migration advice for individual applicants. We can however repeat information already made public by DIAC and State Governments plus their associated agencies. Much of the information on this web site is gleaned from these sources. For these reasons tailoring of the job search strategy can be worked out with the migration agent but not directly with the migrant. When dealing direct with migrants, we will not respond to questions that relate to visa applications, policy or other subjective legal material.
